pp44 Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the pp44 platform — they govern everything related to your account, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming.
1. Definitions & Interpretation
In these terms and conditions, "pp44", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to all services, websites, and related digital channels of pp44. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform.
"Account" refers to a user's personal gaming account. "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer or reward provided by pp44. "Bet" refers to any financial transaction made by a user on the platform.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirement
To create an account and use the services on the pp44 platform, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years old — this platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
- You may hold only one account in your own name.
- You are legally capable and are using this service voluntarily.
- Do not use this platform for fraudulent purposes on your own behalf or on behalf of others.
pp44 reserves the right to verify age or identity at any time. Failure to provide the required information for verification may result in temporary suspension of the account.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account on pp44, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any accumulated balance.
3.2 Password & Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You must not grant access to your account to anyone else. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the pp44 support team immediately.
3.3 One Person, One Account
Each individual may operate only one account. Any attempt to claim bonuses or promotional benefits from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
4. Financial Transactions & Payments
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on pp44 is ৳200. Deposits are accepted through the following methods:
- bKash — instant deposit
- Nagad — instant deposit
- Rocket — instant deposit
- Bank Transfer — major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank
All deposits must be made from your own account. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. pp44 generally processes withdrawals within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Account verification may be required before your first withdrawal. All withdrawals can only be made to registered payment methods.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on pp44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Some examples:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳18,000 or more and get up to ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement, applied only on the bonus amount (not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus can be used only once and is non-transferable.
- In cases of bonus abuse (such as using the same offer across multiple accounts), the bonus will be cancelled.
- pp44 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.
- Wagering on certain games may not count toward bonus completion.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
pp44 operates on a fair play policy. All games are run through verified and impartial technology. Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game will result in account closure.
6.2 Technical Errors
pp44 reserves the right to void transactions resulting from technical errors or system outages. In such cases, the user's original bet amount will be refunded.
6.3 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any kind of bot or automated software
- Colluding with other members to place bets
- Attempting to manipulate match or game results
- Using the platform for money laundering
- Operating an account under a false identity
7. VIP Program
pp44's VIP program has five tiers in total. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:
Bronze
Up to 0.2% weekly cashback. The starting tier for new members.
Silver
Up to 0.4% weekly cashback. For regular players.
Gold
Up to 0.6% weekly cashback. For experienced players.
Platinum
Up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Special benefits for high-level members.
Diamond
Up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Maximum benefits for elite members.
VIP tiers increase based on continued play. Reaching a higher tier unlocks greater cashback and additional benefits.
8. Responsible Gaming
pp44 is fully committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is for entertainment — never a substitute for income.
- Never place bets beyond your means.
- Set deposit and betting limits for yourself.
- If gaming problems arise, temporarily exclude yourself (self-exclusion).

pp44 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

- Providing incorrect or false information
- Failure to verify age or identity
- Legal obligations
10.2 User Rights
You may request to close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before account closure; however, pending bets or bonus balances subject to wagering requirements may be forfeited.
